Listed Building Repairs Complete29th August 2024
Building Works are now almost complete on our Edinburgh City Centre repairs project for the University of Edinburgh. The external fabric repair works have involved slating, leadwork, stonework, chimney rebuilding and window repairs across 1,500m2 of roof across two blocks of Category B Listed 18th Century Tenement Buildings. With Main Contractor Zenith Property Conservation and Quantity Surveyor Thomson Gray. |

Scottish Lime Centre Course24th September 2021
We've recently completed a three-day 'hands on' course on Masonry Conservation at the Scottish Lime Centre for construction industry professionals. This is an excellent course dealing with stonework repair, lime mortar, lime render and limewash specification and application. Highly recommended! |

New House in Tayport1st December 2020
Our new build house in Tayport is coming along nicely and due for completion in the Spring. We are hoping that the scaffolding will be unwrapped in time for Christmas. |

Low Energy Extension Near Dunbar -
24th July 2020
Building Works are about to start on our low energy extension near Dunbar. The extension is designed to take in the views across the Firth of Forth. A sedum roof reduces water run-off and the new heating system uses an air source heat pump. Triple glazed sliding doors open up to the garden and the views. |
