NEW BUILD HOUSE, TAYPORT
Our Client was relocating to Scotland and wanted to build a new three-bedroom house in the grounds of a large garden belonging to their daughter. The site was narrow and steeply sloping but had fantastic views over the Tay Firth. Most of the accommodation is on the main entrance level, with a further two bedrooms tucked underneath. The house is highly energy efficient with superinsulation to roof, walls and floors and high performance glazing. Space and hot water heating is all run from an air source heat pump and roof mounted photovoltaic panels.
